Refund & Cancellation

At Rangrav Handlooms, every garment is made to be loved. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work — clearly and without small print.

01 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been packed and handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it after delivery.

To cancel, log in to your account and request cancellation, or write to us at care@rangrav.com with your order number. Cancellations of UPI-paid orders are refunded in full to the original UPI account within 5–7 business days.

02 Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• With all tags, labels, and original packaging intact
• Free of stains, perfume, makeup, or alterations

03 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

• Innerwear, lingerie, and intimate garments
• Items marked "Final Sale" or sold during clearance
• Custom-stitched, altered, or made-to-measure pieces
• Items returned beyond the 7-day window

04 How to Initiate a Return

Email care@rangrav.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will respond within 24 working hours with pickup details. We arrange free reverse pickup wherever our courier partners service. Where pickup isn't available, we will share a self-ship address and reimburse reasonable courier charges (up to ₹150) on receipt.

05 Quality Check

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, our quality team inspects it within 2–3 business days. Items that match the return conditions are approved for refund or exchange. If a returned item doesn't meet the conditions, we will share photographs and ship it back to you at no extra cost.

06 Refund Timelines

After your return is approved, refunds are processed within the following timelines:

The exact crediting time may depend on your bank. If your refund hasn't reached you within the stated window, write to us — we will trace it with the gateway and the bank.

07 Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order — for size, colour, or a different style of equal or higher value (you pay the difference). Exchanges follow the same return process; the replacement item ships once we receive and clear the original.

08 Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photographs. We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund — at our cost — and you do not have to wait the standard return window.

09 COD Handling Fee

The ₹49 COD handling fee charged at checkout is non-refundable on returns initiated by the customer (size change, dislike, etc.). It is fully refundable if the return is due to our error — wrong item, damaged in transit, or quality issue.

10 Partial Returns

You may return one or more items from a multi-item order. The refund will be calculated on the returned items only. Any free-shipping benefit lost due to the partial return (e.g. order falls below ₹999) will be deducted from the refund.

11 Refund Method

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. We do not issue cash refunds. For COD orders, we will collect your bank details over a verified channel before initiating the NEFT.

This policy is governed by the laws of India and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
