We ship across India. Every Rangrav order is packed by hand, sealed with care, and dispatched from our studio in Indore. Here's everything you need to know about how it gets to you.

All charges are inclusive of GST and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment. There are no hidden fees beyond what you see on the order summary.
02 Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time once your order has been dispatched:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 cities & state capitals: 4–6 business days
- Other serviceable pincodes: 5–8 business days
- Remote & North-East locations: 7–10 business days
These are estimates based on our courier partners' service-level commitments. Actual delivery times can vary slightly due to weather, festivals, regional restrictions, or carrier-side delays which are outside our control.
03 Order Lifecycle
- Order placedYou receive an order confirmation email within minutes. UPI orders await payment confirmation; COD orders are confirmed immediately.
- PackedWithin 24 hours, your items are quality-checked, hand-packed, and labelled at our Indore studio.
- ShippedWithin 1–2 business days of confirmation, your order is handed to our courier partner. You'll receive an email with the tracking link.
- In transitTrack real-time progress via the tracking link or our Track Order page using your order number and email.
- DeliveredYou receive your order. We recommend filming the unboxing for any damage claim within 48 hours.
04 Pincode Serviceability
We deliver to most pincodes across India. Serviceability is checked at checkout — if a pincode isn't covered by our courier network, you'll see a clear message and won't be allowed to place the order. If your area isn't currently serviced, write to us at care@rangrav.com and we will explore alternate carriers wherever possible.
05 Address Accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address, pincode, and phone number at checkout. We use these exactly as entered. Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed. If you spot an error before shipment, email care@rangrav.com with your order number and we will update it.
06 Tracking Your Order
Every shipped order receives a tracking link by email. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number with the email used at checkout to see live status. Tracking typically updates within 12–24 hours of dispatch.
07 Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, refused delivery, etc.), the parcel is returned to our warehouse. For prepaid orders we will reach out to reship (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund. For COD orders, repeated failed deliveries may affect future COD eligibility on your registered details.
08 Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most serviceable pincodes for orders up to ₹15,000 (subject to courier policy). A flat ₹49 handling fee applies to every COD order, displayed transparently at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery — couriers may not carry change. Partial COD payment isn't accepted.
09 Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the outer packaging looks tampered with, opened, or damaged at delivery, please refuse the parcel and ask the courier to mark it as "tampered" on the delivery slip. Then email us photographs at care@rangrav.com within 48 hours. We will replace or refund without delay.
10 International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. We are exploring international shipping and will update this page when it goes live. To be notified, subscribe to our newsletter or write to us.
11 GST & Invoice
All prices on Rangrav are inclusive of GST. A GST-compliant tax invoice is enclosed in the parcel and a digital copy is emailed once your order is dispatched.
