These Terms govern your use of rangrav.com (the "Site") operated by Rangrav Handlooms, an Indian-registered enterprise. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

01. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

02. Account & Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout, including a valid name, address, phone number, and email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

03. Pricing & Payment

• All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST).
• Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown clearly before checkout. Orders above ₹999 ship free.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional handling fee of ₹49.
• We accept payments through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) and Cash on Delivery.
• We do not store any card or banking information on our servers.

04. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our discretion, including but not limited to instances of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In the event of cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

05. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, screen colour calibration, and the natural irregularities of handloom and handcrafted items. These are not defects.

06. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and serviceability are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

07. Returns & Refunds

Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

08. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Rangrav name, logo, photographs, product descriptions, design elements, and copy — is the intellectual property of Rangrav Handlooms or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

09. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to violate any applicable Indian or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload or transmit malicious code, scripts, or any content that infringes the rights of others
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including reselling our products without authorisation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rangrav Handlooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 business days, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date noted above. Continued use of the Site after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
